Drink black tea lowers blood pressure

Three cups of black tea every day can lower blood pressure, according to a paper published in the Archives of Internal Medicine.

The study took into account the blood pressure of 95 participants aged 35–75 and found that the group assigned to drinking black tea three times per day experienced a drop in diastolic and systolic blood pressure over a six-month period.
