About Dr David Kim
Dr David Kim is an Auckland trained Endocrinologist and General Physician. He has been working as a Consultant Endocrinologist at Waitemata DHB since 2010. He leads the Fracture Liaison Service at Waitemata and has been a board member of Osteoporosis New Zealand since 2015.
His special interests include osteoporosis, diabetes, obesity medicine, thyroid, parathyroid/calcium disorders, pituitary and adrenal disorders. David has a number of publications in these domains.
He also offers ultrasound guided biopsy of thyroid nodules and targeted thyroid ultrasonography, and is an affiliated provider for Southern Cross for all services and procedures provided.
