Fertility & Reproductive Medicine
Reproductive medicine is a branch of medicine that specialises in fertility preservation, diagnosing and treating infertility, and other reproductive problems. It also deals with issues related to puberty, menopause, contraception, and certain sexual problems. Fertility is the ability to conceive and become pregnant through normal sexual activity. Infertility may be defined as the failure to conceive after a year of regular intercourse without contraception.
