About Josie Sinclair
Josie Sinclair has an interest in sports-related injuries particularly involving the shoulder and knee but also foot and ankle. After 20 years of clinical experience and three Fellowships dedicated to sports-related injuries, the practice has moulded together an experienced team including physiotherapists, podiatrists and clerical staff. The emphasis is on sports rehabilitation for patients with the aim of getting people back into their recreational sports as quickly as possible.
Rotator cuff and shoulder surgeries are also a large part of the shoulder practice complementing the interest in arthroscopic and soft tissue work.
She is still actively competing at national and international level triathlon and adventure sports, this hopefully allows her an insight into the requirements and desires of the active New Zealander.
